We prefer all fields on the form are completed. This will help us effectively communicate with students – and eliminate duplicates in our system.
The fields indicated with an asterisk * are required fields. If these fields are not completed, an error message will appear.
There are formatting rules for fields with phone numbers and date of birth. An error message will appear if these fields are not formatted correctly.
Some fields on the form are conditional, which means you will only see certain fields based on how other questions were answered.

Enter your contact information. Use your official legal name. Example: Samantha not Sam.
To choose a preferred name use the “Chosen Name Options” field
Find your high school. Click Add
Search for your school
Select your high school from the drop-down list
Complete the years you attended high school
In the Campus Visit section, select Yes or No for these question
In the Your Plans section, complete all fields
In the Primary Program of Interest section, please review programs. Select Program of Interest and Location
In the Account Information section, Create a password then click Create Account
If you plan to attend CCC after graduation, you should complete an application to the College. You can do so by clicking on Create a New Application. Ideally, this would happen in the Fall of their Senior year. Also – once your account has been processed – your CCC ID Number will populate.
