Success Coaching helps you stay on track and reach your goals at Central Community College. This program gives you one-on-one support to help you succeed and finish your certificate, diploma or degree.
A success coach works with you to build confidence, manage challenges and connect you to helpful resources. Coaching is focused on persistence and completion, not just grades.
You meet with your success coach at least five times each semester. These meetings are one-on-one and last about 30 minutes to an hour. Together, you talk about your goals and any challenges you face.
Your coach helps you create strategies that work for you. They can also connect you with campus services such as tutoring and student support programs. Coaches come from all CCC campuses and departments, so you can connect with someone who understands your needs.
