The space offers an affordable, convenient work environment for startups, small businesses, and remote workers in the growing, popular Railside community in Grand Island, Nebraska. In addition to office space for rent, the Entrepreneurship Center offers business coaching and planning services, access to small-business funding, and connections to other local resources. Monthly and yearly memberships are available, along with single-day passes.

Choose any common-area workspace, including shared desks, standing desks, and couches — change it up daily! Private and secure lockers are available for daily storage of your personal items.
Includes access to the Production Studio, which is set up for podcasts, photography and videography. Production Studio must be reserved 48 hours in advance, and initial training is required.
Need a room for a small meeting? We offer a conference room that comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, with a Wi-Fi-enabled TV with HDMI connectivity and a whiteboard.

For the most part, any small business can rent space in the Entrepreneurship Center; however, we have a few restrictions on the types of businesses that can use the space, based on industry and occupation.
Since we only have four offices available, our preference is for single-use offices. We can offer recommendations on other available office spaces in Grand Island for larger teams.
If more than one employee will be using the office at a time, each person will be added to the team account as an Authorized User. Each Authorized User will incur an additional $99 monthly fee.
Yes, our offices are available to remote workers as well.

Your office lease is the only expense you pay. All utilities (gas, electric, trash, secure building access, and Wi-Fi) are included as part of your lease.
A one-time signage fee will be incurred (less than $50) to pay for signage for your name and business name next to your office and on our wayfinding signage.
All of our office spaces include high-quality furniture and are supplied to you as part of your lease. You can bring in your own wall and office décor.
A Day Pass is a great option for visitors to Grand Island who still need to get work done in a quiet, professional environment.
