To submit an Eligibility Verification Request, email the Children of Teammates Tuition Reimbursement Program and include the form along with the required documentation. Some examples of supporting documents include a birth certificate, adoption records and other legal documentation that show your child’s legal relationship to you and the child’s age. You will be notified regarding the eligibility determination. The community colleges will be provided a regularly updated list of eligible state teammate children.

For qualifying participants who receive at least a grade of “C”, the community college will apply a 25% discount to the remaining course tuition balance after all other sources of student aid have been credited to the student’s account. The student pays the remaining balance to the community college, as normal. Teammates can then submit a Child of State Teammate Tuition Reimbursement form along with required documentation for tuition reimbursement.
Tuition Discounts under this Program shall only apply to required credits of a degree or certificate program only up to a maximum of 65 credit hours per Eligible Participant.

Correct, they are no longer eligible. Qualifying dependents must begin their programs of study between the ages of 18-25 years old and complete their programs of study by age 27. This means course work for a degree and/or certificate program must be started before turning age 25 and those programs of study must be completed before turning age 27.
The student can be full-time or part-time.
After the completion of each semester and/or quarter, the community college must be paid the remaining discounted balance after all other student aid funds have been applied. The Teammate Parent then submits the tuition reimbursement form/checklist and required documentation for approval, processing and payment. Reimbursement will be made directly to the Teammate Parent.
Reimbursement payments may be taxable as supplemental wages. Consequently, Teammate Parents should consult tax experts to determine any potential tax implications.
