Career Pathways are partnerships between your high school and Central Community College that give juniors and seniors the opportunity to explore career interests while earning college credit. With 16 pathways available, you can gain hands-on experience and take college-level courses connected to high-demand careers.

Career Pathways may be offered at your high school as a partial or full program designed to prepare you for high-skill, in-demand careers. Depending on the pathway, courses may be taught at your high school, a CCC campus or center, or another approved location.
CCC offers affordable tuition rates for Early College students. Scholarships and other funding opportunities may be available to help cover costs. Check with your school counselor or administrator to learn about tuition assistance. Students may be responsible for tuition, fees, and textbooks.
Career Pathways allow you to earn both high school and college credit at the same time, helping you save time and money on your education. You will explore career fields in greater depth, gain experience with college-level coursework, and develop the skills needed for future academic and career success.
Students who complete at least 12 CCC credit hours while in high school will receive an honor cord and may be eligible to apply for the CCC Transition Advantage Scholarship. This scholarship can fund up to 12 credit hours over two semesters for full-time students who enroll at CCC within 12 months of high school graduation.

To enroll in college courses, you must complete an Early College registration form. These forms are available through your school counselor or a CCC representative. Courses completed through Early College will appear on your official college transcript and may transfer to many colleges and universities through established transfer agreements.
