Basic Artisan Bread

Come learn about the wonder of sourdough. You will experience hands-on training from creating and maintaining a yeast starter to mixing, shaping and baking loaves. Tasting included. Participants will need to bring the following: four cups of flour, a medium/large bowl, and a spoon or dough whisk. Each person will go home with a dehydrated sourdough starter.
