Instructors from the Platte Valley Astronomical Observers (PVAO) will demonstrate equipment for sky enjoyment, starting with your eyes and tools you may already have. Instructors will share photos they have taken and offer Q-and-A from different perspectives. Actual sky viewing and equipment demonstrations will occur if weather allows.
Use your sense of vision, the equipment you already have or select equipment to buy if you want to take your interest to the next level. Bring a laptop, tablet or smartphone as well as telescopes and/or binoculars if you have them (not required).
