Join us for an informative Lunch & Learn designed to help individuals and families navigate the journey of aging with confidence. This class explores available resources for seniors, including levels of care, types of living options, amenities and cost considerations. You’ll gain a clear understanding of respite care — who it benefits and when it’s useful — as well as the differences between home companion services and home health care. Monday sessions will take place at Central Community College with lunch; Wednesday’s session will be held at a local senior living facility.
