In this seminar, you will learn to make two classic cocktails: an “old timey” cocktail called a Side Car and a common cocktail called an Old Fashioned. You will learn the recipes, proportions and how to make your own simple syrup. We don’t use pre-mixed ingredients in this seminar, but rather preservative free whole ingredients. You must be 21 to take this class.
