Layers of Expression: A Mixed Media Art Workshop

Discover your creative voice in this hands-on mixed media class. Designed for beginners and those looking to expand their skills, this course invites participants to explore painting, collage, mark-making and texture using a variety of materials. Emphasizing experimentation and personal expression, you’ll create layered, visually engaging artworks while building confidence in your artistic process.

Students should bring a 12-by 18 canvas and sketchbook paper. Optional materials for added texture and interest — such as magazines, decorative papers, fabric scraps, and basic art supplies — are encouraged.
