In this seminar, you will learn to pair wines with food. We will discuss the science behind pairings and what components pair well and why. We will discuss what components in food and wine do not pair well and why. After a short lecture, we will taste different foods and pair them with wines. Some will be perfect pairings, and some will be unsuccessful pairings so you can learn the differences. You must be 21+ to take this class.
