Baked goods made from sourdough can be good for your gut and overall health. If you’ve been wanting to learn how to bake your own sourdough, you should join this informative and hands-on event. You’ll get tips, recipes and samples of delicious products you can make from your discard. You will go home with baking instructions and an established sourdough starter. You will need to bring a large mixing bowl and bread flour. A sourdough starter and other materials will be provided. Bring a mason-type jar with lid and a large mixing bowl.
