The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) helps you save money on college. If you live in a participating state, you may qualify for discounted non-resident tuition at Central Community College. You can find a list of participating states at the Midwest Student Exchange website.
If you start at CCC and later transfer, you may also receive non-resident tuition discounts at other MSEP schools. This makes it easier and more affordable to continue your education.

The Admissions Office checks eligibility each term. If you do not meet the requirements, you will lose the discount for the next semester. You may reapply after meeting the GPA and enrollment rules again.
