Join us to learn the basics of freeze drying. In this class you will learn about the freeze dryer and how it works. Learn how to save money by freeze drying meals for those busy nights when you don’t have time to cook and also eliminate waste by freeze drying leftovers. This is a two-night class learning the freeze drying process from start to finish. You will take home a finished product.
