Sourdough Basics

Learn how to craft sourdough bread, which is lower in gluten, gentler to digest and packed with probiotics. Create your own starter using a sourdough “mother” during class, then take it home with guidance and techniques to maintain the starter and use it to bake bread for years to come. Please bring a medium to large bowl, a quart-sized wide-mouth jar and five  cups of bread or unbleached all-purpose flour.
