Continuing Education Class Request Form

Central Community College offers continuing education classes for all 25 counties we serve. We understand that these courses are essential to keep up to date with the latest information for the care of the individuals of our communities.

If you are interested in hosting a class, complete and submit the following information.

Friendly Reminders Prior to Submission: 

• All CE requests must be submitted to the state 30 days prior to class date requested
• While we will do our best to accommodate your squad’s training needs, all requests are subject to instructor availability
