Radiology Technology

Radiology technologists use x-rays and other forms of radiation to perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic functions as part of the health care team.

The job outlook for professionals in this field is expected to be favorable, according to the U.S. Department of Labor, which projects job growth of 28 percent during the decade ending in 2020.

At any of our campuses, you can take required science and general education courses to complete an associate's or bachelor’s degree in radiology technology at one of our partner colleges:

  • Clarkson College 
  • Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital
  • Southeast Community College
  • University of Nebraska Medical Cener
