Electronics, Computers and Networking Technology

Electronics technicians apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a broad range of occupations involving the manufacturing, installation, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment. Rapidly developing technology is creating new job opportunities for skilled technicians.

The Electronics, Computers and Networking Technology program provides the knowledge needed to install and support a variety of electronic systems. The core program provides electronics technology skills and introduces the student to computers and networking. It is available at CCC's Columbus, Grand Island and Hastings campuses.

Students earning an associate of applied science degree complete a core of electronics courses before specializing in either computer systems repair and support or computer network design and support.

Other program options are a basic electronics diploma and a local area networking certificate.
