High School Graduate

We recommend that high school graduates begin the process to enroll at CCC before they graduate, but applications are welcome at any time. Students who have graduated or will graduate from high school prior to attending CCC, including home-schooled students, should follow the steps below to become CCC students.

To enroll at CCC

  1. Review programs offered by CCC.
  2. Review CCC locations.
  3. If you are undecided about a college major, visit Career Coach.
  4. Complete the online application.
  5. Have official high school transcripts sent to CCC.

    A high school transcript is required for students seeking financial aid and acceptance into CCC health programs.

  6. Contact colleges and universities that you have taken college level courses with.  Request that they send official copies of your transcripts to CCC.

  7. Complete a pre-enrollment assessment.
  8. Schedule a campus visit.
  9. Complete your Financial Aid application (if you intend to apply for financial aid). If you are using Veteran’s Education Benefits, contact the campus certifying official.
  10. Complete your Housing application (if you intend to live on campus at the Columbus or Hastings Campus)
  11. Register for courses.
  12. Attend New Student Orientation prior to your first semester at Central Community College. You will receive an invitation to these sessions. You may also phone Admissions Office to preregister.
