Distance Learning Complaint process for out-of-state students Central Community College strives to resolve student complaints, grievances, and concerns as quickly and amicably as possible. Students residing in states other than Nebraska while attending CCC who believe they have issues with online courses, should follow the CCC Student Grievance procedure .
